About the consultation

What is the 1:1 consultation?

The 1:1 consultation is a 60-minute video call with Mansour Baqer, founder of Malaysia Property Guide, for people buying property in Malaysia. The session is about your own situation. You book it at a time you choose and pay ⁨250 USD⁩ in full when you book.

What does the call cover?

Come with your questions, your goals and the topics you want to discuss, and we will use the session to understand your needs and help you make clearer decisions about Malaysia. Mansour shares his experience and knowledge and explains the options available, the costs and the procedures that apply to your situation. You can say what you want to focus on in the notes box when you book, so we start with what matters most to you.

What does it not cover?

The consultation is educational. Mansour does not act as your agent, lawyer or financial advisor, does not represent you in a transaction and does not tell you which property to buy. Nothing said on the call is legal, tax or investment advice, as our terms set out.

Who is it for?

It suits anyone thinking of moving to Malaysia, exploring its opportunities, or making decisions about living, working or investing there, who wants to discuss their situation with someone who has knowledge and experience of the Malaysian market rather than rely only on general information. The consultation is independent: we do not represent any commercial party or particular service provider, and our aim is to help you understand the options available and make a decision that suits your needs.

How does booking work?

To book the consultation, choose a day and time in the calendar, enter your name, email and mobile number, say what you want to discuss, and pay to confirm. The time is held for you while you pay. Your confirmation goes to your email, and the joining link is emailed before the call.

When are times available, and in which timezone?

Open consultation times are in the calendar on this page, shown in the timezone you choose, including Kuwait, Riyadh, Dubai, Doha and Cairo. The schedule is kept in Malaysia time, so the same call falls at a different hour on your clock. Changing the zone never changes what you book.

How much does it cost, and what is the payment policy?

The consultation costs ⁨250 USD⁩ for 60 minutes, paid in full when you book. There is no deposit, no balance to pay afterwards and no instalments. It is not refundable: if you cancel or do not attend, the payment is forfeited, and no credit is given towards a later booking.

What if I need to talk about my booking?

The site has no self-service rescheduling or cancelling. To discuss a booking, write to info@malaysiapropertyguide.com. If we cannot hold a session you have paid for, we arrange another time with you. The full terms are in the refund policy.

Is there something I can read or watch before the call?

Yes. The video course goes through buying property in Malaysia as a foreigner, so you can arrive with sharper questions. It is not needed to book a consultation.
